Terms and Conditions

  1. In clicking on the Enter button you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Prize Draw will take place when, in the opinion of our statistician, we have sufficient responses to make a meaningful analysis.The date of the Prize Draw will then be displayed on this website. Should the required number of responses not be attained by the end March 2005 the sponsors' reserve the right to terminate the prize draw and there will be no winner.
  3. The winner will be notified by email and will be required to confirm acceptance and a delivery address within 7 days. Should the winner fail to respond as required within 7 days the winner shall be declared void and another draw will take place. If after 5 such failures to gain confirmation, the prize money will be donated to a charity of the sponsors' choosing.
  4. The winner agrees that for a period of 6 months their name, major postal town and country  can be displayed on this web site and used in connection with any associated publicity.
  5. The winner will be sent an Amazon gift voucher. It will be sent by email or postal delivery, as chosen by the winner, direct from Amazon. No responsibility or compensation will be given by the sponsors for non delivery of the gift voucher.
  6. The winner is responsible for ordering the goods from Amazon. The value of the gift certificate includes Amazon's post and packing. The winner is responsible for any additional costs including, but not limited to, customs duties, excess delivery charges, additional purchase costs in excess of the value of the gift voucher. No responsibility or compensation is given by the sponsors for non delivery of the items purchased with the gift voucher, refusal by Amazon to accept the gift voucher, or refusal or inability by Amazon to deliver to the winner's address.
  7. The gift voucher is issued subject to Amazon's Gift Certificates Terms & Conditions and the goods ordered are subject to their General Terms and Conditions.
  8. There is no alternative prize or cash prize to the Amazon gift voucher. At the sponsors' discretion it may provide a gift certificate issued by an Amazon website in a country of the winner's choosing.
  9. You agree to the holding of your contact details on our computer systems and that we can notify you by email with the name and location of the winner. Your details will be held on computers in Germany, UK and Australia and are protected by Data Protection legislation.
  10. We reserve the right to ask all participants to verify their entry and email address by sending them an email requesting they access this website and enter a security code, or by another suitable method.
  11. No purchase is necessary. One entry only per person. Persons making multiple or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.Only valid entries recorded on our computer systems at the time of the draw are eligible to participate in the draw.
  12. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without notice to preserve the integrity of the Prize Draw. The Terms and Conditions stated on this web site at the time of the Prize Draw will be those applicable.
  13. The sponsors' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
